After years of cycling, running and other athletic endeavors Denise discovered yoga in 2000. She found yoga to be energizing, strengthening and relaxing at the same time. After a move to Milwaukee in 2002 she completed her 200 hour teacher training which led her to further studies with reknown teachers Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, David Swenson, Sean Corne and Rolf Gates. She currently holds the designation E-RYT by Yoga Alliiance and is working toward her 500 hour certification. Denise's Power Hour class will take you to your edge physically by focusing on core strength, flexibilty, stamina and focus.
The class will also ask you to complete the practice with sensitivity, quietness and gentleness to remind us that there are many forms of power.
